On February 20th, the Tanzanian Presidential Office planned a visit to the Central Tanzania Industrial Park with the Minister of Investment, Prof. Kitila Mkumbo, accompanied by 14 members of parliament. This move signifies the government's commitment and emphasis on industrial development. The visiting delegation sequentially toured the one-stop service center, the vocational skills training center - Luban Workshop, as well as some of the enterprises within the park and under-construction factory buildings, gaining comprehensive insights into the park's infrastructure and development status.

During the inspection, the Minister delivered an important speech, highlighting that Tanzania has long been striving to promote the development of industrial parks but with minimal success. However, the modern facilities and supportive measures observed at the Central Tanzania Industrial Park have been impressive, making it the only truly modernized industrial park. He emphasized full support for the development and operation of the industrial park to ensure its long-term and robust growth.

Attendee parliamentarians also expressed their opinions. Some MPs stated that the construction of the industrial park has provided enormous development opportunities for Tanzania, driving local employment and economic growth, and urged the government to increase its investment in the industrial park. Other MPs offered constructive suggestions, hoping that the government would pay more attention to talent development and technological innovation to further enhance the competitiveness of the industrial park.

The successful development of the Central Tanzania Industrial Park is not merely a regional achievement but also a significant milestone in Tanzania's industrialization process. The close cooperation and support between the government and parliament will inject new vitality into the future development of the industrial park, bringing brighter prospects for Tanzania's industrial revitalization and economic growth.
