The Sino-Tan Industrial Park is developed and operated by the Sino-Tan Kibaha Industrial Park Co., LTD., covering an area of about 1,000 hectares (10 square kilometers). All the industrial plots in the park have unit title, ranging in size from about 4 hectares to 12 hectares.
The whole project is planned to be developed in 5 phases, including the life supporting zone, agriculture and food processing zone, medicine and daily chemical zone, shoes and clothing processing zone, equipment manufacturing zone, building materials processing zone and export processing zone, etc.

The park will be equipped with independent substations and water supply plants, and a series of service facilities including government one-stop service center, park management center, bus station, dormitory, fire station, gas station, business center, police station, church, mosque, etc.
As a pioneer in implementing national investment strategies, enterprises settled in the Sino-Tan Industrial Park can enjoy a series of tax deductions and concessions such as corporate income tax, import tariffs on capital goods, VAT, and other preferential policies in customs, labor, visa and other aspects.

Introduction of Sino-Tan Industrial Park

1、Park Overview: Zhongtan Industrial Park is led by Tanzania Zhongtankbaha Industrial Park Co., Ltd., which is the first and largest national industrial park in Tanzania. The Zhongtan Industrial Park project came into being against the background of the signal released by the current President of Tanzania, Hassan to vigorously improve the business environment and attract investment with big measures. Tanzania is the most politically stable country in Africa and a must pass through six landlocked countries in East Africa for the import and export of goods.

2、Zhongtan Industrial Park aims to build the largest and most comprehensive modern industrial cluster in Africa, with a total of 7 industrial areas, including living supporting area, agricultural and food processing zone, pharmaceutical daily chemical zone, shoe and clothing processing zone, equipment manufacturing zone, building materials processing zone and export processing zone. The park is adjacent to the Tanzania National Central Railway Line and the land port, and the settled enterprises can directly clear customs in the park, in addition, the park is equipped with a series of service facilities including stable power supply stations, one-stop service centers, water supply plants, bus stations, fire stations, police stations, gas stations, commercial centers, churches, etc. Enterprises settled in Zhongtan Industrial Park are exempt from: (1) import duties and value-added tax on all materials with a construction period of 4 years; (2) Enterprise income tax, raw material value-added tax, stamp duty, interest withholding tax, etc. with an operation period of 10 years. In addition, it also enjoys preferential policies in customs, labor, visas and other aspects.

3、Zhongtan Industrial Park plans to introduce more than 300 enterprises, which will create 100,000 direct jobs and 400,000-500,000 indirect jobs. It is expected that the park enterprises will drive direct investment of about 3 billion US dollars, which can create an annual output value of 6 billion US dollars. In the future, Zhongtan Industrial Park will become a national industrial park demonstration zone, special economic zone and international regional economic cooperation zone in Tanzania.
