Recently, under the leadership of Commercial Counselor Chu Kun from the Chinese Embassy in Tanzania, the council chair units of the Chinese Enterprises Investment and Trade Association collectively visited Mr. Teri, the Director of the Tanzania Investment Center. During the meeting, representatives from each council chair unit offered specific opinions and suggestions regarding improvements to Tanzania's investment environment based on their respective industries. Director Teri provided a detailed introduction to the key sectors currently attracting foreign investment in Tanzania and expressed a warm welcome to more Chinese enterprises to invest and conduct business in the country.
During the meeting, Counselor Zhu Kun shared China's successful experiences in attracting investment with Director Teri. He expressed hope that through close cooperation between China and Tanzania, both countries can jointly promote bilateral economic development and optimize the investment environment. This meeting enhanced the understanding of Chinese enterprises regarding Tanzania's investment policies and further strengthened the economic and trade cooperation between China and Tanzania.
