On October 25th, the Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF) and a delegation of Chinese businesses visited the SINO TAN Industrial Park. They were hosted by Mr. Huang Zaisheng, Chairman of SINO TAN Industrial Park, and Mr. Chen Xiong, General Manager of the park. In the multifunctional conference room, Chairman Huang Zaisheng delivered a presentation in both English and Chinese to introduce the planning goals and development progress of the industrial park to the representatives from TPSF and the Chinese delegation led by Mr. Da Jiang. This visit provided Chinese entrepreneurs with an opportunity to understand Tanzania's investment policies and the park's various preferential measures.  TPSF CEO Mr. Raphael Maganga shared insights into the development of Tanzania’s private sector and the country’s investment promotion policies for foreign investors. Chairman Huang Zaisheng also shared his personal experiences as a TPSF member, highlighting the benefits of the incentives enjoyed by the industrial park and the promising prospects for private enterprise development and industrial implementation in the park.

Following the meeting, Chairman Huang Zaisheng led the business representatives on a tour of companies already established in the park. On-site discussions covered industry opportunities and the costs of settling in the park, including rent and land prices. The business representatives expressed satisfaction with the park’s development and its investment conditions. During lunch, SINO TAN Industrial Park, TPSF, and the Chinese business delegation gathered for lively exchanges and camaraderie. The visit concluded with group photos of Chairman Huang, TPSF members, and the entrepreneurs, marking the successful interaction.
