On October 24th, Lin Yunfeng, President of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, led representatives from the China Knitting Industry Association, the China Cotton Textile Association, the China Dyeing and Printing Association, the China Textile International Trade Promotion Committee, and various enterprises in the textile industry to visit the SINO TAN Industrial Park. Mr. Chen Xiong, General Manager of the SINO TAN Industrial Park, along with the company’s management team, welcomed the delegation.
At the multifunctional conference room of the park’s one-stop service center, Mr. Chen Xiong extended a warm welcome to the distinguished guests from the China National Textile and Apparel Council. Through a short video, he introduced the future planning of the Kwala area where the industrial park is located, as well as the park's design positioning and its preferential policies.
Lin Yunfeng, President of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, discussed the current development of China's textile industry, shared experiences of companies venturing abroad, and addressed challenges encountered. This discussion was held with the management team of SINO TAN Industrial Park and attending representatives.
After the exchange meeting, the management team accompanied President Lin and his delegation on a tour of the park's existing enterprises. Members of the delegation visited a textile factory in the park, engaging directly with Chinese representatives and local employees on-site. These interactions further boosted confidence in overseas ventures.President Lin remarked, “I encourage entrepreneurs in China’s textile industry to visit Tanzania and explore the opportunities here. The SINO TAN Industrial Park is a platform with the capacity for efficient industrial settlement and industrial chain integration. Moreover, it benefits from Tanzania’s national tax incentives, making it an ideal choice for textile industry enterprises seeking to expand abroad.”
