On October 22 at 1:00 PM local time in Tanzania, John Mike Jager, Chief Secretary for Economic Affairs at the Dutch Embassy in Tanzania, visited SINO TAN Industrial Park, accompanied by the head of the Tanzania Ports Authority area. He expressed appreciation for the park’s development, including its integration with Kwala Inland Port and the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR).
Mr. Zhang, SINO TAN Industrial Park’s Investment Promotion Manager, introduced Tanzania’s Kwala Zone through a video presentation. He explained the government’s plan to create a 1,300-square-kilometer commercial city around the inland port and the industrial park, featuring key zones like the Central Business District (CBD), Central Living District (CLD), Industrial Aggregation District (IAD), and Port Logistics District (PLD). Situated at the heart of the Industrial Aggregation District, SINO TAN Industrial Park aims to drive the area’s development and modernization.
Sales representative Mr. Sam highlighted the industrial park’s strategic vision, industrial planning, supportive facilities, and tax incentives to the delegation from the Dutch Embassy, showcasing its advantages.
Finally, Mr. Zhang briefed the Chief Secretary and the delegation on the progress of SINO TAN Industrial Park’s construction and the current status of resident companies. Chief Secretary John Mike Jager commended the park’s successful development and operations.
