Ambassador Leontine Nzeyimana of Burundi visited the SINO TAN Industrial Park.

On June 6, 2024, Ms. Leontine Nzeyimana, the Ambassador of Burundi to Tanzania, accompanied by Mr. Abubakar Kunenge, the Governor of the Coastal Region of Tanzania, inspected the Burundian port established at the Kwala Inland Port. During the visit, she made an impromptu decision to visit the SINO TAN Industrial Park. Mr. Huang Zai Sheng, the Chairman of the SINO TAN Industrial Park, along with the company management team, warmly welcomed the ambassador and the governor and provided a detailed introduction to the various aspects of the industrial park.

During the visit, Mr. Huang Zai Sheng showcased the industrial park's infrastructure, investment environment, and the companies that have already settled in to the ambassador and his entourage. He emphasized the significant role of the SINO TAN Industrial Park in promoting economic and trade cooperation between China and Tanzania, as well as in boosting regional economic development. The Burundian ambassador expressed admiration for the construction achievements of the SINO TAN Industrial Park and expressed hope that in the future, Burundian enterprises could actively participate in the construction and development of the industrial park, further strengthening economic and trade exchanges between Burundi, Tanzania, and China.This visit not only deepened the mutual understanding between Burundi and the SINO TAN Industrial Park but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation. Both parties look forward to more in-depth and extensive cooperation in multiple fields, jointly promoting regional economic prosperity and development.
